Digix is committed to maintain the best security practices to create a secured and seamless environment for their clients. We encourage our customers to similarly observe best practices that are within their control. Our best practices include:
1. Firewall
We have multiple levels of firewalls in place between our internal computer systems and the internet.
2. Encryption
We implement strong encryption practices to protect your data as it travels through the internet. Digix uses 256 bit with 2048 bit keys Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to protect the confidentiality of the transaction data.
3. Collection of customer information
Our team will not make any unsolicited requests for customer information through email or phone call unless customers initiated the first contact via Zendesk.
4. Handling of Customer Information
We have established strict confidentiality standards for safeguarding information to our customers.
5. Disclosure of customers’ data
Unless required by the law or we have the customer’s permission, we will not disclose customers’ information to external parties.
6. Compliance by external parties
External parties whom are engaged with Digix, are obliged to observe Digix’s security and privacy standards.
7. Automatic log out
Digix’s marketplace will log customers out after 30 minutes of inactivity.
