KYC Registration

Upon registration, a user is not allowed to make any transaction on Digix’s Marketplace until the user has submitted full Know your Customer (KYC) and have it approved by Digix’s compliance team. These checks are in place to prevent fraud and any illegal money laundering activities. Upon approval, the approved customers will be able to purchase unlimited among DGX.

Upon ID and KYC expiries, customers will be limited to purchase 10 DGX. If the customers did not abide to resubmission by the review date, the account will be suspended until new submission has been reviewed. If no further action is taken by the user, the account will be terminated after a year. The affected customers will not be allowed to perform any transactions on Digix's marketplace upon account suspension and termination.
