Dispute Resolution

Please take note of the following terms and conditions with respect to using Digix’s marketplace and resolving conflicts.

• You expressly agree that any claim or dispute arising from your use of our Digix’s marketplace will be governed by the laws of Singapore. 
  
  
• You further agree that any such claims or disputes arising from the use of Digix’s marketplace shall be resolved in Singapore courts, and you agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of Singapore, and the exclusive venue of, such the Singapore courts and waive any objection to Singapore being the jurisdiction and venue for the purpose of litigating any such claim or dispute.
