User’s dashboard and best practices

Upon KYC’s approval, user will have access to purchase unlimited amount of DGX tokens.

1. User’s dashboard: Ability to perform and manage transactions

• Purchase: Your DGX purchase transactions
• Recast: The process of transferring DGX tokens to redeem physical gold bars.
• Remint: The process of reverting the recast process so long as the physical gold bars have yet to be redeemed.

2. Best Practices applied:

• No wallet password or keys storage
• All transactions are immutable and transparent. User is able to view his transactions on Etherscan.
• Session timeout of 30minutes of inactivity

3. Customer’s awareness on wallet management:

• Limit the use of JSON wallets
• Do not share your credentials and private keys with anyone else
• Never share your 24-word recovery phrase, in any form, with anyone.
• Never store your recovery phrase on a computer or smartphone.
• Keep your Recovery sheet physically secure to make sure you can’t lose or destroy it by accident.
• Only trust what you can see on your hardware wallet screen. Verify your receiving address and payment information on your device.
• Always treat information shown on your computer or smartphone screen with caution. Assume that software can get compromised anytime.
• Uploading wallets can be performed on laptops at this moment, meaning transactions can only be performed on laptops models only.

4. Review and update your personal details regularly

• Ensure all documents are up to date
• Change your password credentials once a year minimum.
