What is Project Ragnarok all about?

It was a proposal initiated due to strong sentiments from dissatisfied DGD token holders to make a clean break from DigixDAO.  A dissolution mechanism to DigixDAO was to be put in place at the start of every quarter of governance. At the start of each DigixDAO Quarter, DGD token holders will be given the option of dissolution through a vote. Depending on the result of the vote, DigixDAO will either dissolve at the end of the current Quarter or continue for an additional Quarter.
