The selling of gold is regulated under the Commodity Trading Act (Cap. 48A). The regulatory authority is Enterprise Singapore.

We are also registered as a regulated dealer under the Precious Stones and Precious Metals (Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing) Act 2019.
